Strategies to Reduce Social Media Addiction:

  • Be aware of the content your child is consuming online. Encourage them to follow positive influencers and engage in content that promotes learning and creativity.

  • Install parental control tools to monitor and restrict access to inappropriate content or excessive screen time.
